I don't see any of the bad weather yet. Doug says if we get the ice pellets they are predicting, we might be eating alone tonight. I think the kids will be getting the worst of the weather as they are farther north than us. Chloe told us earlier in the week we might see her today. We did not hear from her yesterday, so I don't know if her plans have changed.
Jamie stopped in for a visit yesterday. I was gone shopping and he left shortly after I got home, so I really didn't get a chance to talk with him. He was going to a chili cook-off and brought us a taste of his entry. We had charcoal steaks for supper last night, so we have not tried the chili yet. Maybe lunch today.
