Wednesday Update
Not a lot to blog about this morning. Yesterday was busy at work, but not quite as productive as Monday. We decided to have frozen pizza for supper. We watched Glee while eating. Ashley also called. We had a very nice chat with her. She wanted to let us know she thinks she found a brides maid dress on Mod Cloth. I really like it. I also found a couple of dresses I like for myself. We need to find time soon to do a video chat with the kids. I miss them all....

Tuesday Update
Had a long day at work yesterday. I thought the phones would never stop ringing. I was glad to get home and relax. Doug was cooking supper when I got home. We had bacon, egg and cheese muffins. We watched our Monday shows, Antiques Road Show, Top Gear and Two & A Half Men. I'm not sure how much longer we will continue to watch Two & A Half Men. The shows are all pretty much the same. Men being jerks behind their girl friends backs and cheating just because the opportunity arises.

Monday Update
The soup was another winner yesterday. We had Stuffed Green Pepper Soup. Wanda had to leave suddenly because she didn't feel well. But she had some ginger tea and came back over to watch the season premier of Dexter. It was not disappointing. I even shed a few tears by the end of the show. Bobo drop by for a little bit after work at the HT, but she didn't stay long. She wanted to get home in time to watch Boardwalk Empire, also on at the same time as Dexter. Doug and Wanda watched Boardwalk Empire at 10, but I had to go to bed. I will have to watch it sometime this week.
This is the week of Homecoming in Eldora. It sounds like Thomas and Diedre are already dealing with the unruly kids. Their yard was forked and TP'd, the deck was Saran wrapped, computer parts were found in the yard, garbage was messed with and the doorbell rang. Thomas also heard they peanut buttered the school.

Friday Update
Just now updating my blog. What a lazy vacation day. I slept in until 10:40, must have been very tired! After waking, I washed dishes from last night and then had lunch. Doug and Chloe had lunch with Johnny at Naso's. I never get invited.
Chloe stopped here for a little while after lunch, but left around 3 to go to work. After she left we went over to O'Reilly to get a new car jack and brake pads for Puck. Then we went outside to clear a little bit of the garden. Doug also did a little straightening in the garage.
The other day I received a new BzzAgent Kit in the mail. As a BzzAgent, I receive things in the mail to try them out and then share my opinions about them with others. I'm kind of excited about this one and think Deidre would be too. It is an Elmer's Crafters Kit. The BzzKit includes: 2 pairs of X-Acto decorative edge scissors, 1 X-Acto corner rounder punch, 1 Elmer's CraftBond Permanent Tape Runner, 1 Elmer's CraftBond Clear Glue Pen, 1 Elmer's CraftBond All-Purpose Glue Stick and an assortment of glue spots. I can't wait until I get invited to a Stampin' Up party with Diedre & Jenny, so I can show them off.

Thursday Update
It's Friday for me! Yeah!! I hope it goes quickly. Last night we went to Pizza Ranch for supper. The only really good pizza I had was the Tuscan Roma and peach dessert. We watched a new Man VS Food. That was about it for the night. Tonight lots of new episodes, including Big Bang & Community.

Wednesday Update
More good shows last night. Glee was funny as usual, new faces and a new football coach. We also watched The Nate Berkus Show. I got to see people from the audience model some of Marisa's creations. Marisa is from New Dress A day. The rest of the show was pretty good too.

Tuesday Update
Well I survived Monday, so the week has to get better. Right? Actually, it definitely will, I just remembered I have a vacation day this Friday. Nothing planned. I hope I can sleep in. Maybe help Doug look at the brakes on the van.
This week is all about the new shows for the season and all of our favorites coming back. Thank goodness for Tivo, we shouldn't have to miss anything. I also found out the New Dress A Day girl is going to be on the Nate Berkus Show this morning. I have never watched this show, but I think I would like to see it just for her. This is probably a good thing for her.

Monday Update
Chloe stopped by for a little Chicken Tortilla Soup last night and she stayed to watch Top Chef: Just Desserts. After Chloe left we watched Holmes on Homes and the new HBO series Boardwalk Empire. So far, it has started out kind of slow. I think maybe they were just trying to introduce all of the different characters.

Friday Update
Last night we decided to go out for supper. We weren't sure where we wanted to go, so Doug just started driving. We almost went to Prime Time again, but we decide to drive a little further and we would probably end up back there. Then we saw a placed called The Londoner on Center Point Rd. We decided to try it. It is a British Pub & Restaurant. It was difficult to choose from the menu because they had lots of things we wanted to try. I ended up with the Fish Reuben and onion rings. I think I am paying for eating the onion rings this morning, but they were very good. So was the Fish Reuben. Doug had Bangers & Mash, he really liked it. It was a good time.
