Tuesday Update

Tuesday already. Yesterday was crazy with people yelling on the phones at me and my co-workers. I had a woman yell at me that her name was 'dissatisfied customer'. It doesn't seem like the holidays at all. I even have to work the day after Thanksgiving. It's been quite a while since I've done that.
