Thursday Update

What a day at work yesterday. We started the day with absolutely no phone calls. It was actually great for us not so good for the customers. Our 800 number was telling people our phone was no longer in service. The only calls we ended up getting all day were from our toll number which had to be added to our web site. I probably took 10-15 calls all day, I usually take 50-60. It did help us get caught up on other work though. I still plan to work overtime this morning. We were so far behind on emails that even yesterday did not get us all caught up.
