Another Monday already, the weekend goes too quickly. Yesterday turned out to be a small Soup Sunday, but we had two wonderful soups anyway. We had Posole and Corn Soup. We had never made the Corn Soup, it was very good. Wanda made a very tasty dessert as well, it was a Marshmallow Chocolate Chip Pie. It has a graham cracker crust with a marshmallow and grated chocolate filling. I had also made the Brownie Swirled Peanut Butter Cups (I over baked the brownies a bit).
We watched the first hour of Extreme Home Makeover and then turned to Comedy Central for Jim Gaffigans special. He is very funny. Doug had recorded the rest of Extreme Home Makeover, so we finished watching it after the comedy special. They did a makeover for the people who run the Forever Wild Exotic Animal Sanctuary.
