Sunday Update

Yesterday was a good day, saved by Wanda of course. In the afternoon I went to do my usual shopping and Doug decided to take a nap instead of coming along. I went to several stores before ending up at Hy Vee. I paid for my groceries and went to the van. I looked in my purse and my pockets and could not find my keys. Then I looked in the car and sure enough there they were locked in. I tried calling Doug no answer, so I call Wanda's house, again no answer. I did not have Wanda's cell number, so I called Thomas just so someone would know my predicament. He asked if I had Wanda's cell number and I said "No". He said "I do" and gave it to me. Luckily I got through to Wanda and she came and took me home. Of course I had to wake Doug up by shouting into the bedroom window, because I was locked out of the house as well.

Later we went to Mark & Wanda's for Pizza Ranch Taco Pizza and broasted chicken with potato wedges. It was delicious. We had our own Christmas card Stampin' party. Doug helped us cut paper for the cards. And later Mark and Doug joined in and created a few cards of their own. I think everyone had a good time. I will post pictures of the cards as soon as they are uploaded to the computer.

Saturday Update

Yesterday seemed like the longest day of the week. I guess it was because I was hoping for it to get over quickly.

Last night Doug and I did some online Christmas shopping. I found it to be fun, but I think Doug was a bit stressed. I think today will be a busy day. Cleaning, laundry, shopping and Christmas card making.

Friday Update

Happy Friday everyone. I hope the work day goes by quickly. Tomorrow we have a little shopping to do. We have to plan for a little Christmas baking. Tomorrow night we plan to go over to Wanda and Mark's house do have a little Christmas card Stampin' Party. Which reminds me, I still need to get my card list together.

Thursday Update

It seems to have been a long week, yet it is already Thursday. Can't wait for Friday get here. We are trying to think of all the good old Christmas Movies and specials, if anyone has any favorites they remember please let us know. We watched Rudolph, Glee and the last hour of Pixar Shorts last night.

Tuesday Update

Yesterday was back to normal at work. Not nearly as busy as Monday. In the afternoon we had a Go To Meeting training session on a new product release. The meeting was interrupted in the middle with no sound, so an hour meeting ended up taking an hour and a half.

Not much happened last night. Doug and I went to Sam's Club for a few things and then we ate supper and watched Dirty Jobs and the new season of Scrubs. I don't like Scrubs as much now that they are teaching.

Tuesday Update

Cyber Monday was crazy. I ended up working 7-5:15. Last Night Doug and I watched The Grinch Who Stole Christmas, Shrek the Halls and Find My Family. Love the first two, not sure yet how I feel about Find My Family.

Monday Update

It is Cyber Monday, that means 50% off everything on our web site today only. It is going to be freakin' busy.

Cream of the Holidays Soup was amazing. Doug also added a new soup. Turkey & Mushroom Noodle, it was very good as well. It was nice to have Chloe visit again before she went back to school. She helped me decorate the big & small tree. We went to Walgreens to get LED lights for the small tree and I sent a string of LEDs with Chloe for her small tree. Loving the new lights for both trees.

Dexter was amazing again last night. I was the crazy one talking to the TV and actually grabbing at the TV during Dexter last night. Only 2 episodes left this season and next week is supposed to have even more twists. Wanda and I can't wait.

We put the Christmas tree up last night. It is not decorated yet, but in a few hours Mao will be doing the same thing as this cat.
